Two people were arrested Monday morning after the owner of a car reported hearing the suspects break into her vehicle in a northeast Colorado Springs neighborhood, police said. Justin Jacobson, 32, and Jessica Wyant, 28, were taken into custody after they were caught leaving the 2600 block of Lyncrest Drive in a silver Jeep, police said. The incident was reported just before 5:30 a.m. The owner told police that her car had been broken into after hearing the sound of breaking glass, police said. Officers arrived within minutes and found the Jeep still in the area, police said.
