A 43-year-old man was arrested Monday night after he allegedly took out a rifle during an argument and fired several shots that hit a neighbor's apartment in northeast Colorado Springs, police said. Police said the man, later identified as Robert McCladon, grabbed the weapon from a closet of an apartment on the 3600 block of Parkmoor Village Drive and fired a shot through a wall. A caller reported just before 9 p.m. about hearing several shots and told police that two people were inside with the armed man. One shot also hit an apartment building, police said.
